Duties:	- Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters for our Electrical projects. - Oversee and inspect the works carried out by contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirements. - Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.
Qualification & Requirements:	- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 8 years relevant experience in E&M projects, preferably in electrical installation projects. - With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential. - Good technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering. - Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and MS Office Operation. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. - Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player. - Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Candidates with less experience will be considered as “Project Engineer", "Engineer", "Assistant Engineer" and "Engineering Assistant". Fresh graduates with Higher Diploma or degree bachelor will also be considered.
