Duties:	- Responsible for tender preparation and project cost control, liaise with external parties, main contractors, consultants and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects. - Oversee and inspect PD work carried out by contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirements. - Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities at construction projects. - Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase, prepare construction method for various site activities, write method statements, monitor and manage the progress of works and provide regular progress reports, etc.
Qualification & Requirements:	- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M projects ranging from commercial mixed-use development to residential, preferably in plumbing and drainage installation projects. - With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. - Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player. - Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Project Engineer", "Engineer" or "Assistant Engineer".
