| Project Description: | - Total Construction Floor Area: 47,182 m2 - Hang Seng Management College is a self-financed university located at Shatin. Block A is a 5-storey academic building, Block B is a 4-storey sports and amenities centre, and Block D is a 8-storey academic building. MVAC Installation: - 2 x 3,340kW (2 x 950TR) Water Cooled Chiller - 2 x 879kW (2 x 250TR) Water Cooled Chiller The buildings infuses innovative many MVAC energy saving design: - Use of district cooling system to promote sustainability - Use of heat pumps in the indoor swimming pool for heat recovery during dehumidification process - Use of chiller with high COP, variable speed drive fans and pumps in air-conditioning system to enhance energy efficiency - Use of chilled ceiling design which significantly reduces annual energy consumption in Block D - Indoor environment quality (IAQ) excellent class with desirable performance of ventilation, thermal comfort and amenities |
