Duties:	- Assist Project Manager in carrying out work schedule planning, drawing/materials etc, to ensure that the related costs are within budget. - Coordinate with project stakeholders to set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the technical requirements and deliver the works on a planned schedule. - Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other related parties in carrying out the ELV works and site activities. - Manage the performance of subcontractors' workforce to complete projects effectively. - Conduct site checks to ensure the work quality, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites, carry out other ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualification & Requirements:	- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related discipline is preferred. - Procession of Security Personnel Permit Cat. D, Construction Safety Card and Construction Works Registration Card. - At least 8 years of working experience; with less experience will be considered as a lower position. - Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD drawing operations. - Experience in BIM (Revit) modelling and executing BIM-enabled projects is an advantage. - High sense of responsibility, good communication, negotiating, and influencing skills. - Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
