Duties:	- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or engineering-related discipline. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in tendering process in E&M contractor industry, among which a minimum of 4 years in Electrical or MVAC or Plumbing & Drainage-related tenders. - Detail-minded, diligent, responsible, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and AutoCAD drawing skills. - Basic knowledge of current BIM technologies such as Revit, Navisworks and Fuzor. - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. - Candidates with less experience may apply for "Engineer" or "Assistant Engineer".
